Gratitude 3/22/2016

Yes, I can say I had a crappy day. But I come home, talk to you and feel so loved and appreciated. With you, PN, I can never say I am having a bad day. I get to share my time with you. I love you, I admire you, and I want to spend my life with you. It’s always a good day with you. How’d I get so lucky?

3/19/2016: SNPhA Reflection

SNPhA Regional Conference in Cleveland, Ohio 3/11-3/13. I represented Washington State University as President-elect and as Chapter Delegate. It was definitely an awesome experience. I went in knowing it was going to be a new challenge – first pharmacy school conference, networking, not knowing anyone almost every time I enter a room – and it was all worth it. I definitely grew from that experience. I feel much more confident in holding my own at conferences now. It was actually pretty fun. And I came out of it being super motivated to bring my chapter to new heights. I learned so much from this experience. Here’s more to come.

Gratitude 3/6/2016

Been awhile since my last post. Been busy equals not making journal entries a priority. It’d be nice to document everything in life but sometimes it’s just as nice to enjoy the moment and then let it go. Let it be in the past because there will be many more presents to come. Love life and stay true to yourself. Plan to be in the present – to maximize it. Be ready so you don’t have to get ready. Showing up is only 1% of the equation. The other 99% comes from planning and preparing – getting ready with the right attitude. Then when you show up, it’s 100% attitude.
